Day 2, Portsmouth

We arrived in Portsmouth at 6.30 this morning and headed straight to the Holiday Inn at Gun Wharf Quays (our fave hotel in Portsmouth). Having checked in at 7 am, we went straight to bed for a couple of extra hours’ sleep. 😴 Later we had brunch at Pret a Manger (our favourite fast food eatery) before having a mooch around the shops. Having stocked up on tea bags, coffee and newspapers at Tesco, we then headed back to our hotel for another little snooze!😴

This evening we had dinner at Chiquita (very disappointing gluten free menu) and now we’re holed up back in our cosy hotel room watching TV!!
